Max Gordon has been offering quality, professional, comprehensive real estate services in the Greater Kansas City area for more than 25 years. Because of his education, training and experience as a real estate lawyer for more than 35 years, Max has the knowledge and depth of experience to provide a full range of representation to buyers, sellers and tenants. We are admittedly not the largest real estate brokerage firm in the area. No, you won’t find our name on hot air balloons, and we don’t have an office on every corner. What we do offer, however, is a select team of dedicated professionals whose primary goal is to provide you with the highest level of personal service.We will treat you like a client and always put your interests ahead of our own. That’s our promise.
Max Gordon, BBA, JD, ABR, SFR
Max Gordon is Broker and President. Max is a life long resident of the area. Max has been a licensed real estate broker for more than 25 years, and is licensed in both Missouri and Kansas. In addition, Max is a licensed and practicing attorney in both Kansas and Missouri, and has practiced law for more that 35 years. He served as Chair of the Real Estate Law Committee of the Metropolitan Kansas City Bar Association. Max was a member of the Overland Park City Council, and took an active interest in residential construction code issues. Because we work as a team, unlike many other firms, Max, as broker, works closely with you and the other members of the team, to provide you with the depth of skills, knowledge and experience unmatched by other firms or other teams.

Roxie Drautz, ABR, SFR
Born and raised in Minnesota, Roxie moved to the Kansas City area in 1994. Roxie spent eight years working for Vanguard Airlines before going to work for Max Gordon in 2003. Roxie is a licensed real estate agent in both Kansas and Missouri and has earned both the Accredited Buyer’s Agent® (ABR) credential and the Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR) certification. Roxie has a BA in education and social work.
Bob Hennecke, ABR
A life long resident of the Kansas City area, Bob attended Shawnee Mission schools, graduating from Shawnee Mission South High School in 1983. After an 18 year career in athletic administration and coaching, Bob turned to another of his passions, real estate, in 2007. Bob is a licensed real estate agent in both Kansas and Missouri and experienced in both residential and commercial real estate transactions. Bob has earned the Accredited Buyer’s Agent® (ABR) credential.
Joel Gladstone, SFR
Joel has been involved in real estate for 20 years. In 1990 he worked in Columbus, Ohio with Ryland Homes. Ryland is a National home builder with an extensive training program, dealing with construction, lot selection and home placement. Originally from Kansas City, and returning in 1993, Joel earned his real estate license in Kansas and Missouri. With a background in new home sales, Joel began working in new sub-divisions in Lee’s Summit such as Charleston Park, Winterset Park and Woodland Shores. In 2006, Joel’s love for his hometown led him to get involved with the revitalization of Kansas City’s urban core and he has been active in the Downtown and Midtown condo market. Joel has earned the Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR) certification.
